PivotlScore.com provides a platform that allows home services businesses (including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and solar companies) to:

  • Connect with partner firms such as coaching companies, payroll companies, marketing firms, private equity groups, and accounting firms
  • Receive proprietary financial health scores based on analysis of their QuickBooks data
  • Access educational content and ideas related to business financial performance

3. QuickBooks Integration and Data Access

To use our scoring service, you must grant permission for us to connect to your QuickBooks account via the QuickBooks API. By doing so, you:

  • Authorize us to access your QuickBooks financial data to calculate your financial health score
  • Acknowledge that this data may be accessed by firms you connect to on the service.
  • Acknowledge that we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to QuickBooks or Intuit Inc.
  • Understand that you can revoke this access at any time through your QuickBooks account settings
  • Confirm that you have the authority to grant such access if you are acting on behalf of a business entity

4. Financial Health Score Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The financial health scores provided by PivotlScore.com are:

  • Proprietary calculations created by HVAC Success Inc. for educational purposes only
  • Not official financial assessments, credit ratings, or professional financial advice
  • Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • Subject to limitations based on the quality and completeness of your QuickBooks data

We make no claims, warranties, or representations regarding the validity, accuracy, or reliability of these scores.

5. Recommendations and Content Disclaimer

Any recommendations, suggestions, or content provided through the Service are:

  • General ideas and educational content only
  • Not personalized financial, legal, tax, or business advice
  • Not substitutes for professional consultation with qualified advisors
  • Should not be relied upon for making business or financial decisions

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate our scoring algorithms
  • Not share your account access with unauthorized parties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HVAC SUCCESS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which HVAC Success Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
